We are able to place roll off dumpsters on any hard, flat and level surface. If you have a roll-off dumpster delivered in your driveway we suggest you lay some sort of protective material such as plywood were the dumpster will be placed. Roll-off dumpsters are heavy and Junk Riddance is not responsible for any damage to driveways, parking areas, lawns, underground utilities, sprinklers, septic tanks where dumpster are being placed.

To secure your reservation, please note that payment in full is required. Unfortunately, we are unable to reserve or hold any dumpsters without being paid in full.

Dumpster rental policy

It is the customers responsibility to provide Junk Riddance with the necessary information regarding the location where you would like a roll-off container to be placed on your property or jobsite. It is important for you to thoroughly assess and investigate the ground conditions, both on the surface and subsurface, to ensure suitability for the placement of the roll-off container. This assessment includes not only the specific area where the container will be positioned, but also the surrounding vicinity leading up to its placement.

Junk Riddance cannot be held accountable for any potential damage caused to lawns, driveways, sidewalks, curbs, underground plumbing systems, wells, septic systems or utilities during the delivery and placement of the roll-off container. It is imperative that you take full responsibility in informing Junk Riddance about any underground utilities that may be impacted by their delivery service.

  Your commitment lies in effectively communicating these details to CONTRACTOR in order to minimize any potential risks or damages associated with placing a roll-off container on your property or jobsite.

Some cities may require a permit depending on where you are having the dumpster placed. You will be responsible for any permits needed. Junk Riddance drivers have the right to refuse delivery or placement of any dumpster they feel is unsafe for our trucks, dumpsters or placement of dumpsters.

Dumpsters are automatically scheduled for pick up upon the conclusion of the rental period. Should an extended rental duration be required, it is incumbent upon the customer to promptly notify JUNK Riddance to arrange for an extension. Please note that a fee of $10.00 per day will be applied for each additional day beyond the original rental timeframe.
